How to Prepare Your Hair

All curly cuts are performed on dry hair. Please arrive with hair clean, detangled and in its natural state. Avoid styling products (leave-in conditioner is okay), and avoid clips or ponytails as these will alter your natural curl pattern. In some cases rescheduling is required If hair is not properly prepared. In these instances the cancellation policy will be enforced.

 

When You Arrive

Plume is located in a collection of suites, and there is no reception/waiting area. Please text or call 734.474.8226 to notify of your arrival.  When Madalyn is ready you will be greeted at the front door.

 

Payment

A credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. At the time of checkout you may use a different card or cash for payment.

 

Tipping

Plume is a gratuity-free studio. While tipping is left to the discretion of clients, it is not expected.

 

Cancellations/No Shows

Cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment or no show/no call will be assessed 50% of the service fee.
